Royal Mail depot in Swindon. The Mail centre is being rebuilt and will eventually take over as the main mail sorting centre for the whole of the Thames Valley area. The day was held to show employees who currently work in the Reading centre the benefits of relocating to Swindon. The relocation day was attended by various businesses and local authorities such as Swindon Council, Estate agents etc.. The Royal mail provided free barbeque, drinks and ice cream for all those that attended as well as providing child care facilities. Tours around the new centre were also given.
